No question about it this is a very old city and extremely active. One of those full body ghostly apparitions that I witnessed took place in the Emmons and Biddle ave area facing the Detroit river. It occurred around 3:00 a. M. Or thereabouts and it was seen walking a short distance from a Brick side of a Home where there were no doors and headed south across a lighted driveway and melted away next to a parked vehicle.
