I was driving up Perkins park rd, behind the akron zoo, rite next to a huge rock w/ an ingraving I saw a women, pale complexion, long off-white dress, appearing in a misty form....Then while taking a cab home days later, we drove the same route and oddly enough the cab driver told me that a while back a guy and girl were murdered in this area and once in a while folks will catch a gilmpse. I went on to telling him, that it was only earlier this week that I myself had seen this ghost!.

I was a young boy, being visited by shadows of figures, military figures, pirates and uncle sam outside my window late at night from my akron home 2 or 3 times a month. I am looking for a logical explanation, but I will always remain open minded.

The ghost of a tied up gentleman may be noticed frequently in Airport Park in the early morning hours before sunrise hauling

a dead body over rocks. Locals here argue that this ghost is probably the tormented ghost of a local resident who used to reside here in Akron.
The ghost of a youthful lady drenched in blood has every now and then been spotted gazing down by the shore at Alder Pond. A local man alleges that this spirit is the undeparted soul of a long forgotten Akron local resident.
A gentleman with a large hole through his chest is occasionally perceived trying to find a box next to a parked truck in an Akron parking lot very late at night.
A man with the head of a devil can now and then be made out struggling to grip something up on Coal Hill.
A semi decomposed human dead body was seen at Carter Lake Dam in the early morning hours thinking. The spirit talked about avenging a slaying. One of the locals steadfastly asserts that this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was killed while traveling through Akron in the past.
A lady alight, carrying a petroleum bottle became visible in an Akron area auto part store, wandering
