People who have never stayed for the night in this town will tell you it's superstition, but there really are chilling things occurring here in Barberton at night. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A woman with a blue face has often been noticed enjoying the view at Columbia Lake Dam in the early morning hours. One thing's for guaranteed, it is in all certainty a frightening phantom that you shouldn't go looking for. A guy having a spear in his head is regularly seen by Copley Swamp looking furiously at the onlooker. The ghost of a delivery man may often be spotted late in the night admiring Wintergreen Ledges. In       any event, this spirit sure is bloodcurdling; one that should be avoided. A man's body having the head of a goat has from time to time been distinguished in Aquae Park late in the night concealing a body by a large boulder. No matter what, it's a terrifying ghost that is better not messed with. A feminine figure is every now and then   perceived hovering in the air like a helium balloon in Barberton. People who have observed this ghost claim this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was murdered while traveling through Barberton a long time ago. The ghost of a guy gripping a sword may from time to time be distinguished up on Sherbondy Hill burning a bag. A female with worms crawling out of her eyes was witnessed trying to locate a map by the water at Latham Bay. When made out the ghost came within reach of the onlooker who then ran off. Folks allege that this ghost is that of a person who settled here in Barberton long ago. The spirit of a chained up woman emerged staring at a guy snoozing in an armchair in a mobile home in Barberton. There have been additional accounts about this ghost in the vicinity. A resident says that this phantom enjoys terrifying folks who come trying to find phantoms in Barberton. Regardless of what people express, it in all certainty is a chilling ghost that you do not want to run into before dawn. A woman hauling her head underneath her arm was spotted smoking a pipe in Rogue Hollow before dawn. Numerous stories of this ghost have been reported.
