A   woman with worms crawling out of her ears has once in a while been made out in a mirror in a Chesterland house; the ghost was only detectable in the mirror. The ghost of a woman with a switchblade in her neck is now and then made out hauling a cadaver over the grass in Chagrin State Scenic River very late at night. A lady having the head of a beast has been said to have been observed on a few instances in A B Williams Memorial Woods at midnight camping out. If you talk to the locals, this phantom is in all probability the stressed phantom of a resident who used to live here in Chesterland. The ghost of a gentleman with half his head not there can every now and then be spotted in East Branch Chagrin River contemplating. The phantom of a young-looking female wearing a blood-covered wedding gown was made out moving orbs around near the water at Elk Point. Additional reports of this ghost have been described. Scores of folks who live here assert this ghost is the undeparted spirit of a long dead Chesterland local person. The ghost of an eight feet high enormous man appeared trying to find a hat beneath a parked truck in a Chesterland parking lot before dawn.
