that run through here? How many more were undocumented? I'm the type of person that wants answers about these things. Something had to have happened here because I look at things from a skeptical light to disprove false accounts, but I can't debunk what I've personally experienced. Submitted by Draven
Comment by Jessi: Hi Draven! As a Creston native I recall hearing stories that a train actually sank somewhere in town. I believe if you look in the book Creston past nearly forgotten (yellow book that sold in town for awhile) it mentions it. There's also been several fires esp on the property that my business is on and clients have seen shadowy figures as well.

Creston is notorious for it's railroad tracks. Despite strict penalties for trespassing on them local teenagers including myself loved to walk down them. After school myself and a friend were doing just that around hawk's nest woods. I was walking on the middle of the tracks and my older friend Erin was beside me walking on the tyes. We were talking for a while when conversation dried up. It was silent save the usual sound of birds and cars in the distance.
