My daughter used     to Tell me that she used to see these light figures going in circles in her room at night. I always told her it was probably headlights then one night when I was downstairs watching TV I saw a shadow of my daughter coming through the doorway. I thought she was going to the restroom she just stood there a second and I thought what is she doing. The shadow disappeared and I went in the room to Check on her she was sound asleep.
