with things being moved, hearing voices and the uneasy feelings, he has even been repeatedly locked out of the house by these spirits....
So at least I know it's not in my head and my family is not crazy, others have had these experiences too.

Comment by Lacey: Since I made this post the house has been bought and sold a couple times I believe then put on the market to no avail. I was in town visiting family and noticed that the current owners had placed gargoyles out.
I felt bad but couldn't help but chuckle. I've wanted so badly to reach out to them but how do you do that. Hi I'm a total stranger is the man in the basement still causing problems? Ya right. I swear I'm not a weirdo but I totally understand what Jim was talking about (the man my family bought the house from).
There's some sort of weird attachment. He used to call my mom whenever she'd plant a new bush wanting to know what it was or where she got it. Which by the way whoever pulled out the viburnum you need to be smacked.
That smelled so wonderful open the windows and it just filled the house.
Comment by Sanai: I also lived in a house on 3rd Street in Dover with very very similar occurrences, but from this description I don't think it is the same house. I wonder if some weird things happened on 3rd Street.
