The ghost of a youthful woman with a line around her neck appeared in an Empire secondary school around midnight strolling the halls. The onlooker was frightened and fled. Nonetheless, this is an antagonistic phantom that you shouldn't go looking for.

The spirit of an old female clutching a revolver was perceived up on Myers Knob smoking a pipe. Panicked by the observers the phantom withdrew into the night. A local asserts that this phantom likes terrifying unwise people who come looking for phantoms in Empire.
