Ghosts are so average in this place; scores of residents don’t even think about it any longer. Some residents claim there are no ghosts, but       there truly are bloodcurdling things going on here in Felicity during the night. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A semi translucent   guy outfitted as the skipper of a freight ship became visible yelling in Chilo Lock 34 Park in the early morning hours. Many people around here have had identical incidents with a very similar phantom. One thing's for sure, it undeniably is a bloodcurdling ghost that is preferably not disrupted. The ghost of a young-looking guy sporting a confederate uniform was witnessed floating along Big Run before dawn. This ghost is very active in this neighborhood; there have been frequent additional stories of this specific ghost. The phantom of a chained up guy was perceived staring at a man slumbering in a bed in a home in Felicity. This is one of those phantoms that is observed very often in close proximity. Whichever way, this ghost unquestionably is bloodcurdling; one that you would not want to bump into late at night. The ghost of a youthful lady drenched in blood has regularly been perceived enjoying the landscape at Captain Athony Meldahl Lock and Dam around midnight. A local person claims that this phantom could be the spirit of a resident who passed away here in Felicity before the present. In any case, this is an unlikable ghost that any sensible person wouldn't wish to run into. A man with a big hole through his upper body is often noticed examining Augusta Bar in detail late in the night.
