On Sandusky st east of Broadway the south side of the street... I can't remember the address but it is a large boxy House with an outside stairway that runs up the side on the east side of the Home to the upstairs apt. While making a Sandwich in the kitchen in the middle of the Day I saw a solid figure of a     tall 30ish Man with a medium length dark beard, and old type hat the kind that used to have the sides that folded down over your ears with a brim in front with a red and Black checked jacket on head to the door past the opening to the kitchen and out of my line of sight. I immediately ran the few feet around the corner and saw no one but the door was closed and locked with a chain from the inside. I searched the entire apt ready to jump on an imtruder as I approached the last closet that someone would have hid in and nothing!!
