Glencoe, Ohio Ghost Tales I have lived in Glencoe my entire life and all I have to say is you better believe its haunted. The house I grew up in was an old coal mine office. I used to see everything from minors to traveling train passengers( an old rail road track ran thru my yard). As a young child these sightings were a bit scary, but I now realize just how amazing they were. None of the spirits ever seemed distressed...more like they just wanted to get home...wherever that may have been?. The ghosts of this municipality don’t leave anyone unfrightened. Not everybody trusts in the descriptions the folks who live here tell, but the ghosts of Glencoe are out tonight trying to locate somebody to freak out. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A lady with the head of a leprechaun has from time to time been observed crying in Coaly Hollow       at the stroke of midnight. A female hauling her head next to her arm is occasionally made out in an autopart store in the Glencoe area.
