Hillsboro, Ohio Ghost Tales I rented a house on N. East St. In Hillsboro, Ohio about 5 years ago. After moving in, my daughter would tell me about a man who looked old and dirty with no eyes walking through her room at night. This same ''man'' would also walk through my sons room. There was also a ghostly looking woman who would cry at times and would consistantly watch out the windows. When I mentioned these instanances to a neighbor who used to live there, she told me that same things happen to their family members. Neither one seemed to want to hurt anyone and the worst that happened is at times, the man seemed to get enjoyment out of pulling my sons toes while he slept and awakening him.
