Hollansburg, Ohio Ghost Tales ME AND A FRIEND WAS HANGING OUT AT THE PARK IN THE DUGOUTS WAITING ON OUR RIDE TO ARRIVE. WHILE SITTING THERE WE BOTH HEARD SOMETHING RUNNING TOWARDS US (IT ALMOST SOUNDED LIKE A HORSE AT FIRST) WE BOTH LOOKED UP AND THERE WAS A HUGE WHITE AND FLUFFY DOG RUNNING RIGHT TOWARDS US, VERY FAST,WE BOTH JUST SAT THERE SCARED THINKING WE WAS ABOUT TO BE ATTACKED BY THIS DOG. IT WAS ABOUT 5-10FT AWAY WHEN IT JUST DISAPPEARED. Submitted by ANP A person would imagine that there's nothing abnormal concerning Hollansburg, Ohio, but when the darkness of night begins; things become creepy. The undeceased are in this settlement as the locals will tell you about. Doubters don't believe in the local spirit tales, but the spirits of Hollansburg are out tonight trying to locate somebody to frighten. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The spirit of a lady with half her head missing showed up pulling a corpse from the cold water of Bethel Creek in the early morning hours. The ghost       was consumed by the thin air after being perceived. One of the people who live here steadfastly argues that this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was murdered while traveling through Hollansburg many years ago. A female having an axe in her head was distinguished around midnight fluttering over Sunbeam Prairie. Panicked by the viewers the ghost faded away into the night.
