My aunt used to live in a white apartment by the Ironton library. When she was asleep one day her daughter, her boyfriend, my little sister, and I were outside lying on a blanket talking. When we turned and looked at the library, there was a shadow figure approaching us. It looked like a man. My little sister and I were still sitting on the ground. My aunt's daughter's boyfriend chased it, and when he blinked he was gone.

While parked at a red light on the corner of Park Avenue and S 3rd Street (across from what is now Toro loco) I saw a shadowy figure walking down the sidewalk. I turned to see if the person was coming toward me or if it was a potential threat as it was dark. When I turned to look the figure disappeared. I looked around for approximately 30 seconds until the light changed and never seen anything. Nobody walking into businesses or anything. This event occurred 2/13/19 at around 7 pm. It was as if the shadowy figure quickly dissolved or something.
