The chilling ghost of a conquistador has been said to have been witnessed on many   instances dragging a cadaver over the grass in Alum Creek Park North late at night. A gentleman that shape-shifted into a vampire may repeatedly be observed by a lady canoeing in a river right next door to Lewis Center. Folks here assert that this ghost is the tormented spirit of a long forgotten Lewis Center local person. A glow-in-the-dark human figure may be observed often seated on a sofa in a flat in Lewis Center. The ghost of a pregnant lady has occasionally been spotted walking from building to building late at night on a Lewis Center residential road. The ghost of a young-looking gentleman having on a winter jacket is now and then made out browsing through a freezer in the kitchen of a Lewis Center mobile home before sunrise. A headless man has allegedly been seen on several instances outside A.W. Marion State Park flickering a lantern.
