Lowellville, Ohio Ghost Tales I live in a house in Lowellville Ohio that was built in 1880 and I have encountered a few ghosts. There is a rumor that the man that built the house was on his last board when he had a heart attack and died. One day I was sitting in my living room when I heard something crawling in the wall (It wasn`t a mouse because we got rid of all of them) then my TV started to go static and I saw a black figure behind my TV so I walked up to it and it disappeared before I could see it. Later I check it out and everything was ok. Another tale is about a man that had a wall fall on him and kill him and now he is missing a leg so we call him Peg Leg and he is said to walk my woods in the night. One day I was walking through my woods and looked up and saw this skeleton sitting in a tree another time me and my cousin walked through the woods with a flashlight but it was turned off and on a ledge on the side of pine hollow there was a man with a cowboy hat and suit sitting by a fire making coffee so we walked down to see him and I looked at his leg       and it was missing and I looked at his face and it was rotted and falling apart so I screamed and picked up a stick to touch him and he disappeared so we ran home I and never said a thing. Another time is when I was walking up stairs into my room at night and my cat recently died and when she walked into my room she made the floor creek a certain   way. So I was about to fall asleep and I heard her foot steps. So I laid down trying not to think about it then my furnace started to creek really loud there all of the sudden it just stopped. There are many more stories from my house and these are just some of them.
