In August of 2008 a friend and I moved into an apartment above a hardware store in downtown Luckey. The building was over one hundred years old. As we

were putting things away I opened one of the closets, and it smelled like raw meat that had been stored there for a long time. I told my mother about

| |
the smell, and she told me the hardware store used to be a meat market in the 1960s and 1970s. My roommate and I assumed that possibly the smell was stuck

| |
in the wooden floors, and it was no big deal; we would just keep the closet closed. A few weeks later my roommate was at work while I had the day off.

I was in the shower, and I could hear people talking. It was as if they were having a full conversation. I could not make out what they were saying; I
| |
| |
did not really care. I just assumed my roommate was home from work with some friends. When I got out of the shower and walked out to go to my room there
| |
| |
was no one there, and the door was locked. I was creeped out, so I told myself it must have been the people downstairs in the store. This happened several
| |
