A young-looking girl wearing a blood-covered prom dress is now and then perceived by Bear Creek appearing creepy. A lady with a green face is rumored to have been witnessed on a handful of occasions gazing at the water by Muskingum River Lock and Dam Number Three in the early morning hours.
