In Frank Hosea park in mason Ohio there are a group of 9 sprits that watch over the area of the woods. If one goes back to the circle of benches and tries to communicate to one of the 9 strange paranormal stuff may begin to happen, such as shadows and noises surrounding the circle. One day I returned to the benches to find traces of Wicca magic performed in the circle) I believe that this is why the sprits stay around. I do not believe they are tied to the grounds but are rather protecting it from other entities. This is an interesting spot for people to communicate to sprits via Ouija board (a flat board marked with letters, numbers, and other symbols, supposedly used to communicate with any spirits).
