You would think that there's nothing extraordinary involving Mendon, Ohio, but after the sun is down a person might distinguish some terrifying things. Dark time is undeparted time around here. A number of local residents allege there are no ghosts, but Mendon is filled with tormented souls just waiting to give you a good scare.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
A fantastically terrifying ghost appeared appearing creepy in the middle of Ayre Ditch. The onlooker got scared and escaped. Several of the folks here assert this spirit can be the spirit of a local who passed away here in Mendon long ago.
The ghost of an elderly female clutching a pistol was noticed near the entrance to Grand Lake St. Marys State Park gazing furiously at the viewer. The ghost didn't appear to be concerned by the observers. Anyhow, this phantom indisputably is chilling; one that should be kept away from.
