Supposedly at night it gets down from it's perch and roams the back roams galloping on it's cloven hooves.
If it comes to your house someone inside will die by morning. I used to think it was a myth. One night years ago my cousins and I were outside my grandparents house playing hide and seek. We heard a buggy coming up the road.
But the buggy we thought we heard never appeared but we could clearly hear the gallops of

something invisible pass us. The next morning my grandfather died.

The Bed and Breakfast in winesburg ohio, close to millersburg has a ghostly child dressed in early 1900s clothing, she is dragging a babydoll behind her and calling for her mommy. she always enters into the room at the top of the steps to your left...very haunting and disturbing.
