One thing's for certain, it's undeniably a chilling spirit that should be avoided. The ghost of a young-looking gentleman having on a jacket can every now and then be perceived hiding   a body by a large rock in Willard Marsh Wildlife Area before sunrise. A beheaded guy was observed trying to hide a dead body in New Haven Marsh before sunrise. Shocked by the witnesses the spirit fled into the dark.
