New Waterford, Ohio Ghost Sightings

Sometimes I get a feeling that someone that is a ghost is right by my shoulder . So I was in the bathroom washing my hands and I start to talk because I knew someone was there with me. I was telling it that it was not OK to kill people and the shower curtain started shaking it's head like OK, and I could see it's face lining. But I was too scared to open it so I just let it go!!!.

I reside in Florida but am staying with my mother in New Waterford to help her from a previous surgery. Sitting outside last night I saw something twice that isn't natural at all. It was approximately 1200 yards away under a street light in the neighboring lawn and was at least the height of a black bear.

Cream in color, long with hunched body, tail was very thick and bushy, plus was too long for the body's dimensions. And when it ran appeared to have a strange gate. If I didn't know any better I'd swear it was the cross breed of a dire wolf, wild hog, and werewolf? I'm not crazy, not by any means.
I'm a medical student for crying out loud. The area of the sighting is maybe 5 blocks from the corner store 'Vittle Village' on the same side of the street as the Sheer Launder Mat. Have you heard of any sightings like this here or near East Palestine?.
