It was about 2:30 a. M. And I was     going Home after visiting my gf at the time. I was doing about 70mph and saw him standing there it was weird there were no other cars and the suit looked like it was from the 40s or 50s when I checked my rearview mirror he looked up Shook his head and waved me on.... I also saw a woman dressed in White on 37 between Lancaster and Newark I was driving way too fast on the stretch of 37 known to us locals as highway to heaven due to the traffic fatalities on that stretch...
