I was sitting in my house with all my friends and my sisster we were all sitting in the living room and the power went out and came back on as fast as you could say what happened and the wind chime in the room was shaking and we saw a weird white figure fly through the room.

I am a witness of a ghost in my best friends house. There is a lady wearing a green dress at the top of the stairs in the house and there are bloody hand prints on a wall in the house that mysteriously appear.
