have all decided to wait till they are much older to tell them about what's going on. The activity doesn't seem to happen in a predictable manner, but when it does happen it goes over the course of a few days and then stops for a few weeks or months. I don't mind the things in this house. It's rather comforting to know that I have family looking out for us and watching over us, even if it is a little scary at times. Thank you for giving me a place
to talk about my experience.|

Comment by Chris in Centerburg: V- you're very fortunate to live in such a wonderful old house along with the love and care of your ancestors! I grew up in several ''haunted'' houses, all of which were in our family for years. The only one that wasn't family owned was the house my mother and dad bought when I was a teenager. It was haunted by the spirit of a teenage boy who had sadly ended his own life with a shotgun and in the very room that was to be my room when we moved in. The sad event had apparently taken place about 25 years before my folks bought the house, and I guess that the kid's spirit was at least at peace with what had taken place because nothing scary ever happened to me in that house, just ''tricks'' like things getting ''misplaced'' only to show up back exactly where they were supposed to be 15 to 20 minutes before. Hey, Pataskala is a beautiful part of central Ohio. Enjoy your home and be well!.

Well, this happened in February 2015 the last 2 weeks of January of 2015. I was at Licking Memorial Hospital because my grandma was very sick. She ended up passing away at 11:45 p.m. on January 31st, 2015 . Fast forward a few weeks, I had gotten home to my house in WV when my dad tried to cheer me up by tickling me and playing. Well, when he was doing that I looked down the hallway, and I saw my grandma in a hospital gown looking at us smiling. It really freaked me out, and I have never told anyone of it.
