The perfect circular orbs in the picture below are not orbs. I am sorry to say as exciting as it may seem at the time, you are looking for things that are not there. There are things in the air called dust particles, and they are especially present in old buildings, houses, and outside. Your camera will reflect off of the tiny droplets of moisture caught in-between the dust particles, and together they make what looks like an orb. It's dust.

This is not for Perrysburg but, in Maumee it is said the Maumee Public Library is in fact haunted. The only explanation is that the ghost(s) are from Dudley's Massacre in 1813. Dudley's Massacre burial grounds are covered by the building.
