Philo, Ohio Ghost Sightings

We live in a house in Philo Ohio and we have a ghost that lives with us, she turns TV's up and down, writes messages on window's, and we have seen her in the window over our driveway. We think her name is Elizabeth, at least that's the name she wrote on our bathroom window.

Duncan_Falls 3 miles away: Once I was in Duncan Falls, Ohio on the Philo bridge and I saw a baby floating in the water. Then it just floated away; it wasn't a doll because it was crying over and over again....
Duncan_Falls 3 miles away: My cousin was on his way home one night and his car broke down on South River Road, and he said out of the fog a face hit his wind shield and then he got the car to start.
