Several months ago while my family and I were passing through the area, we stopped for a picnic in the state forest area around noon. It was bright, sunny, and warm out. We spread an old quilt and settled down for a bit of lunch. Then my eleven year old son stopped and froze in mid-bite of his sandwich. look. And standing there or somewhat floating there, about two feet off the ground. What this transparent spirit of a small girl. I would say she was about five or six years old. She had crystal clear blue eyes and blond hair that just hung in ringlets around her face. She was wearing a white dress, tights, and white patent leather shoes.
