About 2 months ago, I was house sitting alone at the house where I work for a family. I fell asleep on the couch and I awoke to see an adult male standing about 3 feet away looking at me. I got very scared and quickly jumped up to turn on the light to see if someone was there. When I turned on the light, no one was there. I sort of passed it off as maybe it was a dream. (I think I just didn't WANT to think what I saw was real even though, it was VERY real) I told the house owner about it a few days later. Just this past Monday I went to the house as usual to go to work. My bosses mother was in town and

I guess stayed for the weekend. As I was working and doing things in the kitchen, the mother asked her daughter if the house was haunted! Immediately I thought back to the experience I had just 2 months

earlier. She then said that there was someone at the couch standing there! She said she first thought it was their 6 year old son, but it wasn't. We both had the exact same encounter with a ghost. .

Sylvania, Ohio is a seemingly standard place as long as the sun shines, but not a hundred percent of the dwellers of this city are still alive. Tables turn around, shrieks from the night. Folks who have never spent the night in this town will tell you it's superstition, but there really are chilling things happening here in Sylvania in the moonlight hours.

phantom may be the soul of a local who passed away here in Sylvania some time ago.
