About ten years ago I was babysitting for the family who was currently renting the home and on the night of the first incident I was the only one home besides a baby who couldn't walk yet. It was October and I had spent the day watching scary movies.
Since it was getting dark I did the rounds checking doors and dead-bolted both the front and more importantly the back door. My mom and sister decided to use the 'halloween mood' to give me a fright.

) on the window of the backdoor knock and run like hell. Now at this point I need to reiterate I had mere moments before deadbolted the door. This was a very old very sturdy heavy duty you don't get in unless you break the door type deadbolt which could only be opened from the inside on a heavy old fashioned they don't make
