I live near the court house, and have seen a man with dark clothes on up near the clock on numerous occassions late at night. And I know there is no one in the court house at that time.

While the sun is shining Troy, Ohio is a standard American town, but undeparted spirits of the past in this town don't seem to wish to die. There have been many encounters with persons from another realm. Not everybody believes in the testimonies the local residents tell, but the ghosts of Troy are out tonight seeking somebody to scare.
These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.
The spirit of an old Indian chief has now and then been seen pulling up weeds in the back yard of a trailer in Troy. One thing is for guaranteed, it's a frightening phantom that should be shunned.
The ghost of an old cleaning lady has been noticed on frequent instances by an old woman hunting in a forest right next door to Troy. Any which way, it's without a doubt a terrifying

phantom that is rather not interrupted.
A black snake that turned into a lady can once in a while be distinguished in Big Woods Reserve in the early morning hours before sunrise stacking rocks. It has been asserted that this specific ghost gets pleasure from frightening unwise folks who come trying to find ghosts in Troy.

a down-and-out man was noticed annihilating a hat mid stream in East Branch Lost Creek. The ghost greeted the witness. In any event, this is an antagonistic ghost that you don't want to come across late in the night.
A chilling beast came into sight at Brukner Lake Dam before sunrise enjoying the scenery. When the ghost was spotted it faded away into the air. Regardless of what, it's a scary spirit that any wise person would not want to run into.
The phantom of a steel-miner was seen relaxing in an armchair in a residence in Troy. The ghost was consumed by the night after being perceived.
A woman with a moderately transparent body came into view marching from mobile home to mobile home before dawn on a Troy lane. Being frightened by the watchers the ghost receded into the dark. Whatever folks express, it's undoubtedly a creepy phantom that you shouldn't go seeking.
