His name is william. One of the days with the most activity is on December 19th- it is said that the rotating books racks with rapidly spin and footsteps will be heard and books flying off shelves.... The woman makes no noise but if one of the employees try to go down there to get books that they have in stroage and she doesn't want them down there.... She'll     lwt them know that she doesn't.
