Is haunted. It's a boarding House with an attic and a basement. People that have lived there have seen and heard Many things. My experiences have been hearing heavy footseps in the attic especially if I was in the kitchen (right underneath the attic) alone. I also woke up one morning to see my jeans that were hanging to dry swinging back and forth for     about five minutes before I stopped it. Also I saw a shadow of head and torso in my room. One of my roomates has also seen the woman who died from a drug overdose and wasn't found for four days.
