Some of the locals allege this ghost is that of a local who lived here in Andover before the present. A guy with a big hole through his chest can occasionally be spotted before dawn floating along on Cook Slough. According to the residents, this phantom takes pleasure in scaring foolhardy folks who dare to disrupt the tranquility in Andover. A lady's body having an animal's head was spotted turning toward the witness in a rubber boat on Alligator Lake. This is one of those spirits that is noticed repeatedly in close proximity.
