Driving along the county line at the Ridge road intersection I saw what appeared to be a Man around 35yrs walking along the southbound side of the highway. He seemed to be carrying something and was dressed oddly.
This happened just recently and I turned around at the first field entrance. When I started to look for the person to offer a ride to I could not find them. After asking the people that live in that area I was

told that they have seen something like that too and have reported it to the local sheriff department.
I have yet to see it again but I have
|
worked nights for almost 20 years and I was tired or drowsy I had not been drinking so I do not think it could have been my imagination plus the fact that people in the area have seen the same thing.
I just don't know.
