I find it amusing that the 'house' on 160th St. Is said to be haunted. I grew up just down the road and played in the remains of the house before it was torn down. I knew the former owners. The brothers were childless and bachelors.
So maybe the 'ghosts' are all the kids they wished they had. Lol the 'haunted' stories began in the 90's when some kids driving by saw apparitions float across the road on dark rainy nights.... You too can create

these apparitions if you put your high beams on and take a spin.
They appear when the light reflects off the pool of water between the two hills (or

any two hills) and shows up on the second hill. They 'move' because the car lights are moving. Sorry to 'rain' on the spooky parade.
