One night I was laying on the Couch in my living room watching TV, it was probably about 1:30 am, I was just about to fall asleep when I heard something in my basement. I turned the volume down on the television to see if I could hear it again. About five seconds after hearing the noise I heard footsteps slowly making there way to the top of the steps.     I was in shock, and just layed on the Couch frozen once the footsteps reached the top I heard the basement door open (this basement door is very old and very hard to open) right after the door had pushed open I continued to lay on the Couch (i have been in contact with ghosts before and I'm known to know when they are present) I layed there and waited about three minutes after the door opened. It Felt like somebody was pressing their hands against my cheeks, and it Felt like there was a weight on my chest. It Only lasted a few seconds before it simply disappeared.
