While crossing the bridge and heading south on hwy 38 in Delaware Iowa. My husband and I were out for a motorcycle ride when we just started to Cross over the bridge over the Railroad tracks I happened to look down onto the West side of the tracks when I saw a figure of a man all dressed in black.
He was swinging a lantern back and forth. It was around dusk. I leaned forward to ask my husband if he had seen what I

saw. Then I turned back to look at the tracks again and the figure was gone.
