Derby, Iowa appears equal to any other area in the States, but if you are easily terrified, you'd better steer clear of here in the dark hours. Rugs jump around, shrieks from no-place. Not everybody trusts in the descriptions the people who live here tell, but the undead may very well show themselves to you if you spend a night in Derby.

A luminous human form may be spotted very frequently among the trees of Stephens State Forest - Lucas Unit screaming at the onlooker to go away. Loads of people who live here allege this ghost is perhaps the undeceased ghost of a local who used to have a house here in Derby.
The ghost of a pregnant lady has once in a while been distinguished heaving chunks of concrete at Stephens Forest Pond Dam around midnight. One thing's for guaranteed, this spirit undeniably is scary; one that should be shunned.
