One of the local residents strongly asserts that this spirit loves scaring foolish people who are courageous enough to disturb the serenity in Dexter. No matter what people express, this ghost indisputably is bloodcurdling; one that any reasonable person wouldn't want to bump into.
An incredibly bloodcurdling ghost can from time to time be noticed dragging a corpse through some bushes in Dallas Lake State Wildlife Area on a dark night.

a big beard and a hook instead of his right hand was perceived at Diamondhead Lake Dam before dawn looking at the surroundings. The ghost did not care that there was somebody else nearby.
The ghost of a flight attendant was witnessed heaving pebbles into Diamondhead Lake on a dark night. When the watcher materialized the ghost escaped.
The spirit of an elderly cleaning lady was perceived shining a light by Deer Creek. The arrival of the witness terrified the ghost who then vanished.
