Once seen a woman walking along side the highway heading north out of town. Turned around my vehicle and pulled up along side of her in my truck. I preceeded to ask if she was alright she answered yes yet never turned and faced me.
Drove a mile back to the south toward town and then turned vehicle back to the north but when I drove passed where she was there was nobody there. I even searched the road ditches. My wife was a secondary whitness.
The spirit seemed

to have blonde shoulder lengthed hair and wore black and grey plad skirt.
