Above them was the highest floor but this floor is locked with another door behind it with is locked also. No one has lived up there in over 10 years. The land lord lives in ceder Falls and only comes to Jesup when something in one of the apartments needs to be fixed or he is collecting rent. He is the only person with the keys to go upstairs now I use     to watch my niece two or three times a week late at night. My Sisters always told me ''watch out of the ghosts that are up stairs. '' I just laughed paying little attention to what my Sisters said. They also told me the ghosts walk around all the time at night and u can hear very load foot steps above the living room ceiling. Again I laughed. Later the night while watching TV I heard very loud foot steps and I was frozen stiff until my Sisters came home. After a while I got use to the foot steps but it was still creepy.
