No matter what, it sure is   a chilling phantom that you shouldn't go trying to find. The ghost of a pregnant woman can regularly be spotted in Artesian Lake County Park in the early morning hours hiding a cadaver by a big rock. One thing is for sure, this ghost certainly is menacing; one that should be left alone. The spirit of a young guy sporting a denim jacket can be made out frequently smoking a pipe on the water's edge of Artesian Lake. People here claim that this phantom is that of a local who settled here in Lanesboro many years ago. A headless guy has occasionally been witnessed walking a dog at night on a gloomy Lanesboro street. In any event, this is an unfriendly ghost that is better not disrupted.
