The undeparted are crawling over this settlement as the folks who live here will tell you. People who have never stayed for a few days in this settlement will tell you it's a pack of lies, but not a hundred percent of the residents of Lisbon are really alive.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a guy in an armed forces outfit may repeatedly be distinguished in Davis Park at night burying a cadaver by a large boulder. A man who lives here says that this ghost could be the spirit of a resident who passed away here in Lisbon some time ago.

A woman with a spear sticking out of her head can be perceived very frequently suspended in the air like a cloud in Lisbon.

The phantom of a lady with a bag strapped around her head has from time to time been made out drifting down Clear Creek very late at night.

A partly transparent
 
    guy dressed as the skipper of a fishing boat is from time to time perceived in a grocery store in the Lisbon neighborhood. One of the local residents determinedly declares that this ghost is perhaps the tormented ghost of a local resident who used to have a home here in Lisbon.

A large bloodcurdling ghost is rumored to have been seen on a handful of instances climbing out from a storm drain on a Lisbon road at midnight.
