And it was a Wednesday night around 10:30 at night I was at the nieghhors House playing hide and seek with her and her cousins. Well my neighbor and I were hiding in her dog's dog house; and over across her yard we saw a dark shadow we couldn't see what it was. We didn't think much of it til it disappeared into thin air then we were just confused. About     3 mins later a very short Man completely Black no face or anything it was fat with short stubby legs ran across the door of the dog House and disappeared into the garage. We haven't seen that thing since.
