In 1977, After my grandpa's funeral my family and I were at my grandparents house. I went downstairs and saw my Grandpa sitting in a chair. I was seven years old and I've always remember seeing him. By day Newton, Iowa is an average US city, but when the dark shadows of the night float in the living dead march in. Some of the departed decline to rest in this town. Folks who have never stayed a day in this town will laugh and say it's untrue, but a trip to Newton, Iowa will make anyone believe.

A woman with a partly see-through body has every now and then been made out gazing at folks in a Newton house through a window.

A sizeable menacing ghost emerged tossing stones in Pine Lake State Park right by the ranger station. Panic stricken by the bystanders the ghost receded into the shadows. No matter what people state, this ghost indisputably is creepy;
