A local person declares that this phantom is the phantom of a vacationer that was murdered while traveling through Pocahontas in the past. Whatever folks say, it's a creepy ghost that you shouldn't go seeking. A lady with maggots   crawling out of her eyes may be witnessed frequently having a seat on the floor in a building near Pocahontas.
