I bet it was just the original tombstone of somebody who lived there that was later replaced by a better stone at the cemetery, so the family kept the original tombstone. I think a lot of abandoned haunted looking homes get a reputation as the town '' haunted house'' on appearance alone. This house is really atmospheric. I'll never forget the July day in 2001 I first saw it. I wasn't expecting such a sight on a quiet residential street in Postville.

One day in Postville, Iowa I was walking like at 10 at night. It is an old white house with no driveway. The house had two floors and looks like no one lives there. When I go closer I felt light headed and felt there was lots of energy going around I tried to stay away because I started to feel dizzy.
