The ghost of a shackled up lady has been noticed on frequent occasions throwing boulders in Oak Grove State Park near the park headquarters. A lady having the head of a goblin may regularly be witnessed at a pay phone in Rock Valley using the phone. Residents say that this phantom enjoys scaring foolish people who have the courage to disturb the quiet in Rock Valley.
